ASE MC08 ComCenter II Iridium Fixed Terminal - Data and Voice

The ASE ComCenter II MC08 fixed terminal brings your Iridium Sat­ellite link indoors to provide secure voice, SMS texting and data communications anywhere in the world at a low-cost, low-maintenance, secure access to remote networks and equipment. This terminal is perfect for resilience planning, business continuity, corporate communications with remote personnel, data backup, and VSAT back door control.

This Comcenter includes an Ethernet interface allowing IP-addressable network connectivity for global satellite data transfer and remote system control. Ethernet connectivity brings you unprecedented new features like ASE SatChat, SMS messaging and M2M Port Forwarding. These versatile and enhanced voice and data features make the ComCenter II the ideal solution for a wide variety of remote communications applications.

Designed to meet a wide variety of applications and system installations, the ComCenter II is available in two main configurations

   Voice and Data – MC08 Model

 ASE Iridium Comcenter II Fixed Terminal Features

ENHANCED VOICE

RJ-11 Connection- Connects to an analog phone (single or PBX) including multi-handset wireless phones.

RJ-45 Connection: Intelligent Privacy Handset interface for voice or texting.

Smart Dialing- Simplified dialing sequence. ComCenter knows the correct format for the country that is being dialed and places the call once the number is entered, eliminating the extra "00" IDD code (no more international dialing sequence).

Base Station Ringer. Audible ringing to alert of incoming calls.

Hands-Free Connect-Headset/microphone jack offers audio enhancement circuitry to provide excellent voice quality.

ENHANCED DATA

Ethernet Connectivity- Provides versatile IP-based satellite data interface.

IP Port Forwarding for machine-to- machine (M2M) and VSAT Diagnostics

Data Port Connect. RS232 port for data connections. Compatible with Iridium’s Direct Internet 2.0 and fax adapter.

Configurable Periodic Reports- Ensure and enhance overall system resilience.

GPS Option – Comes with configurable periodic reports to provides low-cost tracking solution.

Third Party Apps- E-mail, weather info, blogs.

ComCenter has a high-visibility graphical display for setup, troubleshooting, programming, and operation. Includes Real-time diagnostic, event, and call logs.

SMS TEXTING with Embedded ASE SatChat. Crew calling and scratch card support    

10-32VDC input range supports power systems on most vehicles and vessels. Includes a universal AC/DC power adapter (100 to 240VAC, 47 to 63 Hz), and a DC vehicle cigarette power adapter.
