Inmarsat Fleet One Prepaid Airtime Reloads are for existing NorthernAxcess prepaid customers. You can add units to your prepaid balance and may extend the validity period of your total units. You will need to know your Fleet One SIM card number to order reloads online. If you do not know this information, please call us at 1-877-299-9931 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can look up your account.
Online reload orders must be placed at least 3 business days prior to expiration.
Reloads are processed Monday through Friday. Any reload ordered after 4 PM Pacific Time may not be processed until the next business day.
Reload orders successfully transmitted to Inmarsat prior to expiration normally results in the extension of the expiration date of any current airtime, however, NorthernAxcess is not responsible for the preservation of airtime past the expiration date.
Contact us at 1-877-299-9931 prior to 2:00 PM Pacific Time on any business day for last minute reload orders.
If you run out of your pre-paid minutes on your sim card, it may take a 24-48 hours to reload your card.
Cards must be replenished prior to expiration date in order to retain unused minutes.
Network will block data usage if you are out of home region.
Subscriptions connected prior to 1st May 2015 will continue to be able to use voice and data out of region at a higher rate, please contact us to arrange migration to the new plan if required.
Global voice rates/decrements in line with postpaid pricing.
Minimum Call Duration of 30 seconds & billing interval of 15 seconds.
Minimum Data Charge of .049MB.
This rate plan is available only for Fleet One Terminals and Fleet One Sim Cards.
The Fleet One is a coastal service.
The fleet one cannot be used on merchant/commercial vessels/workboats, or fixed platforms or rigs.
