After paying for the bench testing/evaluation fee, fill out the the RMA Form to mail it with your equipment.

Based on my prior dealings with NorthernAxcess, these folks have become my go-to guys I rely upon to keep my sat phone in good working condition. This time they tested and replaced a battery and updated the firmware. They also diagnosed why my phone has always had lower than acceptable volume levels, and they were able to repair that as well. I live in Alaska and opt for the summer months contract for service. Some of the staff are originally from Alaska and so understand why a good working sat phone is so crucial. I would not consider sending my phone to anyone else.

After my Newport-Bermuda race my Iridium Sat phone was not working properly, I sent it to NorthernAxcess and they fixed the issues, which were numerous and replaced any parts that were broken. My phone is like new again.

I could not have been more pleased with the service. NorthernAxcess kept me well informed of the status of my order (equipment arriving, in bench testing, findings, options for fixing.....). I decided to go with a swap/out of warranty deal and get a refurbished phone. When it was delivered I worried that my battery and SIM card had not been returned. NorthernAxcess representatives were so patient in talking me into looking a bit harder at home because and indeed I had both - had removed them before sending the phone to NorthernAxcess. Never accusatory - so pleasant. I will use them again and will recommend them to others, absolutely.
